I warmly invite you to attend this workshop that will support you to move through your suffering and find the inner peace you are seeking.

 

Your suffering might not be severe … or it might. This workshop will support you as deeply as you need to go. You might just be in conflict with a mate, or maybe you’re devastated about the death of a loved one. There are many ways that we suffer. Even just what we call “stress” is a form of suffering.

 

It’s so easy to believe that things can go terribly wrong or that we're doing life wrong. When we’re in the midst of something, we’re so sure that it’s bad that it’s happening. But can you be sure that this hard thing is bad or unwanted?

 

Suffering has a place in life. It’s coming as a gift to wake us up to what we haven’t been awake to — patterns we’ve been living that aren’t working for us, as a result of beliefs that aren’t true.

 

In this workshop you will learn (or practice) self-inquiry as a way to identify and work with your thoughts to move you past limiting beliefs and expand your awareness.

 

Your sanctity will be respected, i.e. you will never be required to share anything; you can come to the workshop and just listen and be in silence as we do the written, contemplative exercises. You are also welcome to share whatever comes up for you and any questions you have. You will be held by this work as you are.
